Booking conditions

Deposit 50% of the total is required at booking to secure your spot.
Balance Due one month before arrival.
Quote Our rates are based on an exchange rate of 1 EUR = 40 THB. In case of significant variation (over 3%), prices will be adjusted to reflect the market.

Important notes

Availability All offers are subject to availability.
Accommodation Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM.
Peak periods Supplements may apply during high-season holidays (Christmas, New Year, Khmer New Year in April).
